CALL FOR 100 Moments: Season 6
We’re deeply grateful to SAMA for their continued partnership, vision, and commitment to making more possible for both of our communities.
Now ready to launch in its sixth cycle, the 100 Moments Project (opens new window) continues to grow — not just in scale, but in impact. Season Six will include a hybrid of traveling work, virtual exhibition, and rotating regional displays — broadening the pipeline for members at all levels to showcase their work. We look forward to seeing lots more creativity from the SGAA community!
Both Mosaic and Stained Glass kits are now in stock and awaiting your artwork. Snag a kit and hit the studio! (opens new window)
All SAMA and SGAA Members are invited to make a 6” x 6” work in 2D mosaic, fused or soldered glass panel for a rolling exhibit that will travel to 2-3 destinations throughout the year.
The project will also be presented in an Online Gallery (opens new window) featuring each work and will include an opportunity for artists to sell their work directly from the SAMA website.
For your piece to be on display during SAMA's Orlando Conference (opens new window) (Oct 30-Nov 1) it must be shipped to the SAMA office by September 1!
What's included in the kit?
The 100 Moments Kit for stained, painted, or fused glass will arrive in a reusable USPS Priority Mail box. Please open the package carefully; this same box will be used to return your completed work. Be sure to keep all original packing materials to ensure your piece travels safely back to SAMA HQ.
Once we receive your finished piece, it will be displayed in a custom lightbox. To ensure a perfect fit, please follow all instructions and use the included template closely.
Your Glass Panel Kit includes an instruction sheet, 6" x 6" template, pre-cut zinc framing, and one pair of Handy Hangers hardware.
