Lynchburg Stained Glass was established in 1983 and is located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Our spacious studio consists of 10,500 square feet dedicated to new stained glass, frame fabrication, and stained-glass restoration. All the work happens under one roof, making us one of the largest full-service stained-glass studios in the country. Additionally, all of our work is strictly for religious worship facilities.

We specialize in the design and handcrafting of custom liturgical art glass. Our design style ranges from geometric opalescent Tiffany-style windows, to classical hand-painted windows, to modern/contemporary windows, depending on the wishes of the worship community. Our goal as a studio is to assist each church in creating what will become a unique and personal statement of faith for their worship community. Windows are handcrafted using traditional lead came methods. Our use of both domestic and imported glass provides a wide color palette from which to design.

Our studio’s aluminum frame system, which is custom designed to use with stained glass, is fabricated in-house. Our single-source solution provides both frames and stained glass, allowing for seamless turn-key installations and expedited scheduling for construction projects.

All new installation, restoration, conservation, and protective exterior covering projects are performed by our crews of experienced craftsmen. Lynchburg Stained Glass employs over two-dozen people and is a fully accredited studio member of The Stained Glass Association of America.
