Christopher Forillo
Christopher Forillo is an admirer and enthusiast of fine art and architecture. His appreciation of these genres began to flourish when he became a volunteer docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation. During the 17 years as an architecture docent, the opportunity to work for the Society of American Mosaic Artists (SAMA) as their Conference Manager emerged. 13 SAMA Conferences later, his admiration for mosaics expanded. The docent experience lead him to create mosaic art tours in downtown Chicago. Additionally, with SAMA he was responsible for creating mosaic art tours for each conference host city. While not a hands-on artist, he remains an advocate of the creative process and the beauty it brings to the world.
