This class will introduce students to basic mold making for slumping glass to incorporate into stained glass panels. Participants will learn how to make a positive, build a slump mold, and create a 3 dimensional piece of glass that has the correct properties to be incorporated into stained glass.
Alison Siegel is an artist that works mainly with glass. Her work is in several museum collections, including the Corning Museum of Glass and the Museum of Art and Design.
