I have been a glass painter for 20 years. I specialize in portraits, photo realism, restoration of glass painting and designing stained glass windows. I have a BFA degree from The Minneapolis College of Art and Design, majoring in Industrial Design. Thus, I work with many materials in my studio. My history of work includes bas relief carving in wax for a reputable bronze foundry, graphite portraits and drawings, design and drawing of diamond etchings for a notable monument company, working with clay sculpting and porcelain. I have designed many logos and brochures for clients. I do statue restoration and painting also. I am presently contracted to illustrate a book for a client and working in mixed media. My hand diamond etching is done at my studio in central MN, where dealers bring me monuments to etch.
I am a contract artist for both glass painting/design and hand diamond etching in granite. View samples of both on my website, christibecker.com. I design stained glass windows for places of worship, mausoleums, residential and commercial, mostly working with professional studios near and far. I create, custom, one of a kind, designs for each project, designing by drawing and Photoshop. Each design presentation or revision is always of the utmost importance, thus making the final product that much more beautiful. I am willing to travel, if need be, or to have customers/stained glass studios, send me cut glass pieces for painting. Ultimately, my motive is to always put a smile on my customers face.

My mausoleum windows are done for a national monument company. The windows I paint are in many U.S. locations. I work with monument companies, architectural firms, stained glass studios, business and private commissions from any U.S. region.
Providing that the circumstances provide capability for travel, I am willing to take that into consideration and accommodate each project as it requires.
