2024 SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

We've revamped our sponsorship opportunities for 2024 to elevate your visibility before, during, and after the conference, now emphasizing demonstrations and unique educational engagement.

At this year’s SGAA Conference, we want demonstrations or educational tutorials to take center-stage in the Sponsor Resource Center.

We invite all of our sponsors at this year’s conference to contribute an educational demonstration or tutorial about the tools and resources that they provide or that play a vital role in our industry. We will be working with Sponsors this year to build a Vendor Hall that focuses on interactive, educational lecture-demos and technical showcases, emphasizing tools and equipment, or tips for specifying and using material and resources, with a focus to equip attendees with invaluable skills and insights that they will carry back to their studios with them.

This exciting redesign to the Vendor Hall aims to provide knowledge that empowers seasoned professionals, new businesses, and preservationists alike. Our conference serves as the key intersection for networking, community building, and mentorship opportunities in architectural art glass, catering to diverse needs across the spectrum of expertise and experience. For more information, visit our Sponsor page here.

Your contribution directly fuels our mission to support, promote, educate, and inspire both enthusiasts and professionals in the craft. Join us in preserving and celebrating this timeless art form for generations to come!

The 2024 Sponsor Resource Center & Demonstration Hall where our manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and specialty artist service providers can come together to connect, network and inspire the anticipated 150 Professional conference attendees.  Sponsors can engage with attendees at 6’ networking table (single 6’ table with 2 chairs) or in fully dressed 10’ x10’ pipe and draped booths (2-6’ tables with 2 chairs each) but in addition, all Sponsors contributing at the $1,500 level or above are encouraged to work with us to prepare an educational demonstration or tutorial about the tools and resources that they provide or that play a vital role in our industry.

Basically, help us introduce tools and equipment, or tips for specifying and using material and resources, with a focus to equip attendees with invaluable skills and insights that they will carry back to their studios with them.

Sponsor Resource Center demonstration guidelines:

  • 20 min is the target timeblock, but each demonstration or tutorial should be no more than 30 minutes.
  • A projector and demonstration space will be available on request.
  • Interactive Elements: We encourage you to incorporate interactive elements such as samples, a slideshow, or handouts to enhance your presentation and engage attendees. These visual aids will help attendees better understand your products and services.
  • Question and Answer Period: Please leave time at the end of your presentation for a question and answer period. This allows attendees to ask specific questions and provides an opportunity for further discussion and clarification.

We will reach out to all sponsors in March and April with more details and final available logistics. Our team is committed to helping all of our industry partners deliver new content and invaluable skills and insights they may uniquely have to help our members tackle a wide variety of architectural art glass challenges head-on when they’re back in the studio or out in the field.

Also new this year: discounts on sponsorship are tiered for Professional (10%) and Accredited (15%) Members of the SGAA and for those participating in our other SGAA programs, like SGQ Advertisers (10%) and those participating in the Sourcebook (10%). Reach out to Megan @ megan@stainedglass.org for details.
